The 7 Alphabet of Success

Do you still remember your first day in school? , diba ang unang tinuturo saten para makapagbasa tayo is the basic alphabet kase pag na master naten yun it’s easy for us to read.

Same thing if you want to become successful you also need to know the basic principle?

Today I will share to you what I've learned on my mentor it’s called the ALPHABET OF SUCCESS , this principle are very simple and it’s easy to remember , the First alphabet are.

“Weakness of attitude becomes weakness of character”-Albert Einstein

“Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude”-Thomas Jefferson

This is the most important ingredient to success is having the right attitude ako kase naniniwala kahit gaano kapa katalino at kagaling if you don’t have the right attitude people will be hard dealing with you.

What kind of attitude ba ang tinutukoy ko dito eto yung GLA or Good learning attitude, it’s being  humble enough and to open for any possibilities because the most successful people that I know is willing to listen and to learn new things.

They listen on their mentors kase kahit naman ikaw gusto mo turuan yung mga taong kahit hindi gaano kagaling basta open at talagang pinakikingan ang mga bawat sinasabi mo at inaaply sa buhay nya kasi ang skills napapagaralan at natutunan nman yan overtime basta willing ang isang tao.

You must have a WHATEVER IT TAKES  attitude , eto yung mga taong fearless and bold especially sa mga pangarap nila sa buhay , yung mga merong NEVER GIVE UP attitude na kahit anu pagsubok ang dumating hindi hindi susuko.

“Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe”-Gail Devers

Belief sa tagalog “TIWALA”, tiwala kaninu? , 1st syempre sa lumikha sayo which is GOD, in every journey ng buhay mo God is with you guiding you to the right people, opportunity and connection that you need to fulfill you purpose in life because He is your Shepherd.

2nd tiwala sa sarili mo because no one will believe in you if you’re not believing in yourself, tama? , believing on yourself is very crucial on success, dyan ka kasi huhugot ng confident mo sa lahat ng ginagwa mo and you’re made by the own image and likeness of God that's why you’re a champion, a child of almighty God.

3rd tiwala sa company mo, sa services na inoffer mo , or sa product na binebenta mo, think of it ang hirap kase I offer ang product or service na meron ka kung wla kang tiwala dyan dba? :), the best sales man believes that they have “the best product in the world” because what you believe is yours.

Lastly tiwala sa mga mentors mo , you’re friend around you they are there to support and Guide you kaya believe in them and love them.

“Commitment is a big part of what I am and what I believe. How committed are you to winning? How committed are you to being a good friend? To being trustworthy? To being successful? How committed are you to being a good father, a good teammate, a good role model? There's that moment every morning when you look in the mirror: Are you committed, or are you not?”-LeBron James

Be a committed person, ang pinaka mahalaga kase na matatandaan sayo ng mga tao is integrity, kung ikaw ba yung “MAN OF YOUR WORDS”, “YOU WALK WHAT YOU PREACH”.

Kasi isipin mo ang hirap kausapin ang mga taong pabago bago ang isip di ba, yung hindi sigurado sa mga decision nila sa buhay, ayaw mo ng ganung tao for sure, kapag may sinabi ka panidigan mo at maging committed ka dun especially when you promise to a person, most importantly you must be committed on your dreams, even if it take so long or hard in pursuing that dreams, be a committed person and people will trust you more.

“You must make a decision that you are going to move on. It won’t happen automatically. You will have to rise up and say, ‘I don’t care how hard this is, I don’t care how disappointed I am, I’m not going to let this get the best of me. I’m moving on with my life.”-Joel Osteen

Expect that in your journey towards success you will encounter failure , frustrations, and discouragement and most people don’t like that when they fail on the 1st time they will not try again and they say it’s not for them.

The only road to success is through failure , because if you will see the history “the most successful people on the world is the one who failed the most” , because on that failure you will learn for you to grow, failure is your friend to success.

“Enthusiasm moves the world”-Arthur Balfour
Enthusiasm or excitement, if you’re on sales or in business you will see that most of your close deals and sales is on the time that you’re excited, you’re enthusiastic.

Napaka importante neto, isipin mo kung ang negative aura nga nakakahawa , what more yung positive energy di ba? , because people would like to work and do business to those people that are passionate on what they’re doing , kaya when you talk to someone be enthusiastic , smile all the time, pero wag naman exaggerated ah :) , hehe

“Don't dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answer”-DenisWaitley

One of my example is a magnifying glass when you put it on the sun light at tinapat mo sa leaves or paper it can burn and causes fire, the same in life if you focus all your energy on one goals and dreams in life you can be more productive and more result in the future because if you will become “jack of all trade” you cannot finish anything.

You must do things one step at the time, Focus on one goals first and expect distractions along the way, may mga taong aasarin at bwi-bwisitan ka just understand them yun talaga ang role nila sa buhay mo :) , but if you’re focus on your dreams nothing can stop you.

“Whenever you want to achieve something, keep your eyes open, concentrate and make sure you know exactly what it is you want. No one can hit their target with their eyes closed.”  Paulo Coelho

Lastly, you must have GOALS in life anu ba tong mga to, it’s your dreams, ambition, your purpose, setting goals is very important, because this will be your blue print on your journey, why? Because an architect before he start to build a house gumagawa muna sya ng blueprint ng bahay di ba, ilang rooms, anu yung mga materyales na gagamitin.

If walang blue print or guide wala silang matatapos same as in our goals, you need to know where you are going, you need to ask yourself eto ba ginagwa ko ngayon eh papunta ba ako sa mga pangarap ko sa buhay, you should know what you want.
If you do not have goals in life you’re like riding car without a destination, a archer that has no target, and you will be lost , ayoko mangyari yun sayo and if you have Goals it’s easy for you to prioritize things what’s the most important thing you must do, I’ll share to you a research from Harvard about setting goals.

In 1979, interviewers asked new graduates from the Harvard’s MBA Program and found that:
84% had no specific goals at all
13% had goals but they were not committed to paper
3% had clear, written goals and plans to accomplish them

In 1989, the interviewers again interviewed the graduates of that class.  You can guess the results:
The 13% of the class who had goals were earning, on average, twice as much as the 84 percent who had no goals at all.

Even more staggering – the three percent who had clear, written goals were earning, on average, ten times as much as the other 97 percent put together.

Convince? importante talaga ang setting goals, if you want to be on the 3% you must set goals and work on it, on the next article that I will make I will teach you how to set goals, eto yung tinuturo samen ni Bro Bo Sanchez at the feast it’s called MAGIC DREAMS.

Kaya abangan mo yung susunod na article na gagawin ko, baka kase ma overload kana sa mga information na share ko kaya medyo binitin kita, :)
